quick question for a noob....

i want to register a name... www.myname.com with vidahost using the OCUK hosting thread... they got 10/10.

the starter pack has 350mb space and 25gb transfer. would this be enough for my site? its for this stuff...

Normally best to contact hosts directly to check, but for a site like this which is essentially a webpage and a few photos, you don't need anything fancy so I'd expect you'll be fine...unless you save the pictures as .BMPs

emailed them when you said.... and they've replied already telling me no problem! hows that for service! lol said they use SCSI raid servers now apparently.

Sorry help, you don't know why at the moment, but this has made me chuckle this morning. Good choice of host, I have about 6 sites with Vidahost now and the service is nothing short of immaculate.

i assume everyone with a server uses scsi but it doesnt really mean much to me having never owned one.
