I'm looking for a media centre/web browser mini pc which I can attach to my TV, after searching for a bit I found that its possible I could even put a mini pc together my self but I don't know what component's to use so that I can watch 1080p videos and browse the web with ease.
Any recommendation? my budget is about 60 to 100 pounds.
