Web 'n' Walk Plus without a new phone?

Hi all,

I'm interested in switching to T-Mobile because of their Web 'n' Walk Plus tariff. I'd like to be able to surf on my phone as well as using a bluetooth connection to my laptop.

I've already got a Nokia N73, so I don't want new phone - I'd rather save money on my contract.

Do T-Mobile sell these tariffs without the phone?

Thanks Lamo, but I couldn't see any information about whether it is possible to add Web 'n' Walk Plus to the Just SIM tariffs, and if so, how much it costs?
