Web page to picture/PDF, bonus points for cross browser.

Id like to export each page of my webiste to a picture or PDF so I can make some notes and draw some stuff on them etc. Whats the best program for this? I use Windows snipping tool but it will only do full window and not full page I believe.

Also for slightly further down the line when Im happy with the site, is there anyway I can view cross browser compatibility images? I remember using one years ago but cant recall the name.

Tried that but the layout isnt the same as it is on the screen. Ideally I'd just like one image and the pdf option is splitting it over multiple pages

Ctrl-Shift-S works in Firefox and Edge, like the snipping tool but for the current web page - allows you to capture the full web page even when it isn't all visible, then print the file to pdf
In Vivaldi, Menu -> Tools -> Capture -> Whole page to file/clipboard, then print the file to pdf
