Web Rat?

Has anyone heard of this before? Speaking to a client who operates in the retail sector asked me to looked into some software called web rat which compares prices on competitors websites?

Tried googling but no joy...

Any ideas?

This came from a yamaha rep who said a lot of people are starting to use it?
