Web related solicitors

Hi guys,

Does anyone know of any solicitors firms that specialise in web related cases. For example, two guys setup a website, one guy pays for it all and runs it, then the other guy a few years down the road tries to claim it all and take full ownership.

If both parties are based in the UK then it should be no different to normal contract law, you don't need a web specialist.
