Web shop creation, full packages ?

I need to figure out how to start a web e-shop, handmade crafts related, multiple goods categories, ordering/checkout system, web server to run it on, co.uk name etc. Full package.

Nothing fancy or (too)custom. Also, screw ebay.

Someone point me in the right direction.

Take a look at Magento, thats generally the most popular.
Vidahost do hosting were you can just install it through their tool panel nice and easy.

Might be a bit complex though if your not wanting fancy, but theres a demo version on the magento website you could take a look at.

Could also look at Shopify which is marketed as easy to set up, never tried it though.
