Any recommendations?

I already have the domain name and email client but web builder software wasn't part of the package.

Have looked at some free Ines but don't mind paying.

templates (html5) + notepad ++ for (windows) / Brackets for (Mac).

If you want to do it automatically/have a lot of work done for you then.....

If you want to learn how to code a website yourself by way of HTML/CSS/JS etc then.....

Is wordpress not a good place to start coding? Do you get code from templates that you can then play about with or is it all locked down?

I used a app called Pagemill before all wysiwyg... I think it is gone now, download...I bet this is just like Pagemill only not discontinued...
