Webased Project Managment Software

I have recently started working for a promotion company running several different projects and I want to get the team to start getting organised and I was wondering if you guy could recommend a free Project management software script that will do that job of organising who is doing what task and when things need to be completed by.

Guys, he means project management, like time management and stuff, tasks, milestones, to-do's etc.

We use a system at work called 'Basecamp'. Not sure what theyre website is, but google around.

Its more or less a basecamp clone but its open source and free.
