Webber raced last FOUR races of the 2010 season with a Broken Shoulder

I had to have affected his performance in some way. Having the injections before hand to stop the pain wouldn't have been nice.

I can't imagine redbull thanking him for keeping it a secret.

Horners comment about him staying away from Cycles did amuse me though! , He sure has some bad luck.

Being realistic though, what would Red Bull have done had they known?

Maybe Mark thought that Red Bull would once again (in his opinion!) Favour Sebastian.

Yeah, and he had an alligator stuck to his **** when he crashed in Korea as well, and a shark bit him on the face at some point too. And also, get this, a Kangaroo actually stole his car during a race weekend and sold it to some wallabys, and his right hand was eaten by monkies...

But this in no way is an excuse for loosing the title. Not at all, nope, never. It also definitely wasn't because he simply didn't drive well enough, but definitely wasn't his shoulder either. Definitely not an excuse. Nope. Definitely not. Even though it would have been difficult.

You can just imagine him in an interview in Australia and someone asks him why he lost the title and he replied in a massively stereotypical Australian accent "yeah, well, ya see, I had this broken shoulder like....."

Seb beat you Mark, get over it.

Thing is, without Mark, Seb wouldn't have won the title either. The only reason Alonso finished where he did was because he covered Marks move. If he wasn't in that race it wouldn't have happened.

So whether he did or he didnt, he was there and he was used strategically to ensure RB won the title.

Did you even read ANY of the article?

"Webber is refusing to blame the injury for his failure to win the title."

Makes you look a bit stupid now, imho.

Skeeter, have you ever tried to play sport or drive a car very quickly with a broken shoulder?

I just can't imagine doing it in an F1 car.

Jeeeeeeeeeeeeesus christ. When did everyone sign up to the Fox school of seriousness?

If he didn't want to use it as an excuse he wouldn't have published it in a book. Simple as.

But seriously? Lighten up guys. It was clearly a jokey comment. I mean, it had Alligators and Kangaroos in it!
