Webbers pit stop in parliment square

Did anybody else see/hear this? I had an email from a friend yesterday to say he was woken up by the sound of the Redbull team performing a pitstop for Webber. Watching the video it doesn't look like the roads were closed off either!?

I remember seeing the F1 cars going around Regent Street in 2004, the sound of the engines echoing off all the buildings was absolutely amazing.

Looks closed off to me.

Should have got a couple of cars to circle the tramps in the square just to wind them up, fed up of walking past the big gyppo camp in London, they need to get lost.
