Webcam Motion sensing software

Anyone know any free if possible software, which I can use to do the following.

Leave my computer and web cam on when i am not in. Have the webcam pointed at a certain area through a closed window to a outside area and have it record when it senses movement etc ? leave time stamps etc ?

A few years back I used to use a program called 'Gotacha' that worked really wel.

The best I found was webcamxp pro but its not free.
Tincam and motionhunter I had a go of also iirc.
