Webcam not working!

I got a cheap webcam off ocuk but i cant get it to work, plugged in, drivers installed ,software installed, can see myself if i click on vid hd logitech or whatever , but on msn it just cancels the invite immeadiately, on stickam its just black etc.

Check this. Don't know if it will help as didn't look through content but title looks hopeful lol

Edit: Sounds silly but have you set up the options in the programs to choose the webcam?

YEAH still not working, just automaticly cancels any invitation to webcam in msn options and stickam doesnt show even when light is on. the camera does work though as i can the picture taking ability fine etc.
