webcam over rj45 cable

hi

is it possible to run a usb webcam over 60metres of rj45 to a pc to use as a home cctv cheap setup.

It would be a the webcam into a dongle sort of thing usb to rj45 then the 60 metres, then the signal converted into usb back from the rj45 to the pc.

oh okay didnt realsie you could buy native CAT5 cameras,

got a budget of about £150 max to spend

any recommendations or links,
