Hi All,

I'm in need of a Webcam - within the next month I'm taking part in a couple of "from home" training courses.
Don't want to spend a fortune on anything, however it does appear 1080p cameras are not exactly bank breaking.
Anyone have any relatively cheap & cheerful recommendations?

Cheers.

It’s not so much about the resolution with webcams, but lens quality and general sensor quality/size.

The C920 is a great webcam if you can get it for a decent price :)

I didn't think there were rules on competitor naming here for years?
I'm sure I'll be officially chastised if there are :)

Cheers - I'll see what the C920 can be picked up for.

You’ll need to remove this from your post, since recommending one from there would be in violation of competitor rules

Also quoting it breaks the rules too ;)

I`d go with Logitech also. Some of the chinese generic 1080p or 4k webcams around £20 are god damn awful.

We have the C920. My other son has a Razer Kiyo and I`m well impressed with the quality of picture, its £99 tho.

Cheers for the recommendation - in true OCUK style....I ignored you all!
I did read a lot of reviews on that C920 and it does seem great and £68 isn't really bank breaking.
Decided to give the Creative Live! CAM Sync V2 a try. £36 and I've still got time to return it for the C920 if it really isn't up to much.
