Webmail that use Outlook 2003

Hi

Does anyone know of a provider online that offer Web Mail that use Outlook 2003 as there online web base email?

Sorry what i mean is i went a email services i can access away from home as i travel a lot. so i am wanting a online email services where i can collect all my emails from different accounts like my own, work and others. But i been told there are providers out there that use outlook web mail or what ever it called know what i mean?

I have just looked at Gmail and I cant find anywhere on Gmail to collect external accounts as that is what I am after
