webmunkiadmin help

Hi

I've setup a munki server and that's all working all fine, so is the webmunkiadmin side of it, if I run it manually.

But if I run it in a launchdaemon, the virtual environment takes over the physical drive and repo... is there a way to set the name of the virtual environment so that it doesn't override the physical drive and repo?
