Does anyone know how long it normally takes for OCUK to get back in touch via a webnote?
I have had a look on the website and I cannot see an ETA or time frame at all.
I logged a web ticket for a faulty keyboard Sunday evening and so far its been 4 days (only counting from Monday as they are not open Sunday).
I have had the automated reply to say its been received, I replied Tuesday ton that e mail to say the issue was resolved after changing the keyboard over to a spare one so its definitely related to the keyboard having the fault.
