Hi guys i am wandering if anyone on here owns a LG smart tv with WebOs 3.0.
I need to know if it is possible to lock certain apps in place so they dont move, ie.
Netflix - Plex - Prime - BBciplayer ect ect.

I need to know how to do this so that i can set for example a Netflix activity on my Logitech harmony remote/hub. so when i press the Netflix button on the remote it turns on the tv fires up web os 3 moves left or right to select the Netflix app then selct it and start it up.

I am sure the Apps move as you use them, and was wondering if you could stop them moving.

I only have WebOS 2 but I think it's similar. It does show the last app in the history but then the smaller icons you can arrange into order so they shouldn't move.... in theory.

Web os 3.0 yes.
you can move and select the tials and drag them and drop them and they will not move after edited ;)

and FYI there is a huge manual for webos 3.0 integrated into the TV set. you have to select it its a tial :)

You can put the apps in the order you want and they won't move, I like WebOs 3 because I have Netflix, Amazon video and Now tv as well as all the other usuall stuff like YouTube and iPlayer all built into the tv. The problem I had before I bought this tv was that none of my streaming boxes would support both Amazon video and Now tv on one box so I had to have two separate boxes.

Thank you guys that is me now happy , which means i can make full use of my harmony touch/harmony hub lol.

I wont be doing a full set up until i get my new present. home cinema all in one system, yes i know its no where near seperates lvl but a msive upgrade for me. 4k ultra hd is not in my relms of possibilties yet, i would need a player and seprate amp and speaker package. so the sony BDVN7200WB will have to do for now, i have got sky q on the way and amazon and netflix for 4k ultra hd.
