webpage forwarding

right guys I have the following webhosting

www.the-edc.co.uk
which currently has no website on it, what I do have is
www.the-edc.co.uk/forum

How would I setup the www.the-edc.co.uk to go to the forum subpage?
I would love it if some1 could knock up a index.html for me to do this.
