webpage password recovery

Hi,

Does anyone know of a way to find a saved password from a web forum?
I can't remember the current password, and nolonger have access to the email I originally registered with.

Anyone have a link/info on how to recover the password.. I'm assuming it is stored in a cookie..

You can view saved passwords in Firefox, though I dont remember IE having this functionality

yes, but for some reason this password is blank. Although I am logged in if I open the page.
