Website Advice

I have been creating a website for this society and i need some advice as they just seen my original design and wanted it to changed to something similar to the design enclosed. I have just completed it and wondering if you guys could see any improvements i could make? The colour scheme uses colour from the logo. I am also having a problem where the main body the bit in the center is not reaching the footer at the bottom in Firefox only.
