Website/App that tells you where films and TV shows are available?

This problem seems so obvious that there must be a solution that I'm just unaware of.

Is there a website or an app that tells you where to find any Tv Show or Film? For example if you decide you want to watch a particular show but don't know if its available on Netflix, Prime, one of the Channel specific apps - Iplayer etc? Much like the "Live football on TV" app where you can see at a glance what channel each game is on.

I was looking for a film the other day and went through all the TV related apps on my ipad and couldn't find it and thought "there must be an easier way". Have I been missing something obvious all this time?

Yeah, I use Justwatch all the time - often just to check the new arrivals on Netflix and Prime.

Nice app, use it daily as cheesyboy says to check the new arrivals to Prime, Netflix and Now TV.

Works for tv and films.
