Website disclaimers?

Would having some sort of website disclaimer count towards anything?

I run a gallery where people can upload graffiti photos - is there any way I could be seen as "promoting" it?

Would a simple disclaimer stating we're just an online "exhibition" and we don't encorouge the act of vandalism etc shift any blame on me?

...might help. Afaik it exempts pretty much all liability. If you're really worried maybe go to a bookshop and see if there is a disclaimer in the art books that contain grafitti. I wouldn't worry though.
