website does not allow proxies

there's a forum i want to access that when i try says: Sorry we do not allow registrations from proxies.

The problem is that most of the UK's ISP's are behind proxies, so there is noway for me to register from my NTL connection. Does anyone know a way around this so i can enter this stupid forum.

you can't bypass ntl's proxy. Only thing you can do is use a different proxy by NTL. By the sounds of it you won't be able to register on that site.
