Website finished, err is it ok ?

Thanks for the offer, but I would prefer to buy them next month instead, outside of being busy with other things now, I would like to help you out. It was thanks to your post that I didn't bin my bike when it surprise snowed around here this winter ;). Went out in the wet, only to find out it started to snow, by the time I had to go back!

:), well offer still open..

decided to solve the scale problem with the following image.. very simple but straight away shows the size.

your site is good, but (these are just my opinions) it seems a bit generic, looks a bit like a template copy paste job. It doesn't stand out enough for me and the navigation bar could be a bit more streamlined. But if it is simplicity you are going for, you've got it. Solid site.

thanks, well it was based on a template to start with, but now has been altered so much it barely resembles it.. problem is I'm not a web designer so I have to base initial layout on someone elses idea. (like constructing the CSS, I wouldn't know where to start)

i have followed advice here and bumped content section up nearer to top menu /logo, hope it looks better now, though maybe it's worse who knows :)

also broken up one of main photos on front page with some bar code lines, before it stood out like a sore thumb.

all ideas so far are really improving it, so thanks all. Comes a point where you need someone from outside to tell you what they think as you get blinkered.

There is a mod for simple machines forum that allows you to have a gallery. Check out this link, I am playing with smf forum on my site as well, and so far it seems to be relatively decent at installing updates as long as you pick a compatible version. Or if you are only posting the images yourself, can go for an in-house job.

out of interest, can you do bulk discount for large bike forums?

can give custom links for bike forums for free P&P, which brings down cost quite a lot... drop me a mail if you had somewhere in mind. omgboohoo at googlemail.com

going to research cart scripts to integrate with paypal this weekend as suggested..
