website for checking vehicle details?

i know there was a post on here (or it could have been elsewhere, my mind escapes me) where you type in a cars registration into a website (i think its the DVLA's) and it comes up with what car it is, colour, when it was registered, MOT etc etc, anybody have a link to this?

Theres the RAC site http://www.rac.co.uk/web/carbuying/vehicle_data_search/ thats gives you quite a few details, such as owners and car model info.

edit/ the dvla site includes insurance info and tax info too.
