I do photography, and I have my own website, but having to create the thumbnails, upload on to the website via dreamweaver, and then link the main image to each thumbnail...Is there a free page where I can have ALL my images already in thumbnail form, you click the thumbnail and the image enlargers so I can have a link on my website which points the person to my gallery?

I'd be inclined to save yourself an awful lot of hard work and setup a gallery using an open source application. I've no idea of the best of the latest bunch but there's plenty out there:
