website hosting on server 2008 - can any explain how do it?

Hi there,
My hosting service is nearly up with register1.net and i would like to use my own server to host my webpages. This also includes the usage of squirrel mail to bring emails handling to it.

What software do i need to run on the server to host my webpage much like register1 do?

IIS 7 comes with Windows 2008

AFAIK SquirrelMail is only for Linux (at least it was when i last set it up)

Is there something in windows i can use to send/receive emails?
Do you know if any guides to setup IIS 7?
