Website Management. Ideas?

For what you want to do I would use something like WordPress, it can be used as more than just a blogging tool.

also if possible you can get them to install php 5 on it because its totally free unless they are picky arsewipes at the county and won't install it lol. but i know a couple of people in the it dept at our council and they are decent guys/gals.

thought so, my old school is running ASP, which is server side dynamic stuff. Having said that im not sure if theyve paid for their own hosting or if it's still located at eril.net (east yorkshire)

anyway im a big believer in the usefulness of a school website - their use is so often overlooked when they could be an integral part to the school.

good luck.

My school had an ftp so we could grab our work from home, was useful when it worked. :)

Looking at your location, your 'county' is the same as mine. :p

I'll give them a buzz after easter, see if i can get them to put php5 on it.
