Hi,

Been a while since i last posted, maybe 20 years... Have i ever posted?
But im seeing an issue which i thought was to do with firefox, but i have tested FF, Chrome, Edge, etc - all have the same issue.

On a product page, it will say:

Order within () with DPD Next Working Day (Mon-Fri).

But there is a Whirly Wheel thing that doesnt stop spinning. Whats the issue? Well, i cannot load pics or enlarge pics of the products.

I think its specifically this bit of code on your site that isnt working:

<ck-countdown class="custom-element ck-countdown font-weight-bold text-success d-inline" data-qa="component ck-countdown" secondsToCountdown="101644">
<spinner class=" spinner spinner-border spinner-border--small align-middle js-spinner " data-qa="component spinner">
</spinner>
</ck-countdown>

Why doesnt this code work? i dont know. But was hoping i could raise it here as its been going on for maybe a couple of weeks.
Ive tested the site on multiple systems, vm's, OS's, same result.

Hoping this might be fixed at some point as its making it less convenient to shop OCUK and im having to look elsewhere so will likely shop elsewhere. Which i dont want to do.

Thanks in advance, please feel to share these observations or escalate this to your web devs. If anyone else has observed this behaviour, please post. Im not interested in following this thread, im more interested in purchasing a keyboard for working and finding another job as im being made redundant this week after 11 years, so i have bigger fish to catch.

I'll point the store guys to this post, but is it happening with specific products?

I ask as I've been looking at various bits and not had this issue, and just tried some at random (Chrome under windows 10).

Actually not making this up, I had issues today trying to buy some bits online.

One website was erm

Gym stuff.co.uk, clicked "add to basket" and nothing happened, same on my phone.

Fitness superstore, couldn't enter my card details, just didn't let me enter any numbers where you were supposed to, nothing happened, that one did work on my phone though.

I wonder if they are using some shared software or whatever?
