Website not working with www.

Hello, I have a website and it only seems to work if you type in hairfiberpro.co.uk which seems to automatically redirect to https://hairfiberpro.co.uk. However if you put www.hairfiberpro.co.uk you just get site can not be reached. Anyone know how to fix this?
