Hey,

So I know my way around Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, I was wondering if there is a program out there that would allow me to create a website with no knowledge of coding (or basic coding cause I know a little html) & allow me to use my own simple template?

Cheers

I can't think of anything which would help you, only thing I can suggest is to find a free template on the net with the same layout and change the images to your own and play around with the code.

Dreamweaver in design mode will put in the html code for you.

not as pretty (from a coding POV) than doing it yourself, but handy at times.

WYSIWYG editors. Dreamweaver is the most popular of the bunch, but it's costly.
