Website security certficates

On two of our household computers I am constantly receiving messages telling me "this websites security certificate cannot be validated" and it's beginning to annoy me :mad:

It effects iTunes so I cannot access the store (9812 error) I've tried to follow this on the XP MCE machine but to no avail, every solution does diddly squat. The only thing my XP MCE machine and Vista machine have in common is they both use Kaspersky antivirus (Vista machine uses Kaspersky firewall also.) Is anyone else having the same problems? If so are there any other solutions known?

(other than the ones in the Microsoft KB article + Apple website)

I can but it's annoying. Due to this problem I cannot connect to the iTunes store, I always receive A 9812 error. Anyone with a more helpful reply?

you should be able to add the certificate to your trusted certificates so the message does not pop up

is it possible to do this for iTunes?
