Website video creation

When you see websites selling SaaS, often there is a video accompaning the sales blurb showing how the website works.

I know you could make one fairly easy by yourself, but we are under time constraint and wondered if anyone knew any companies which did this type of work?

This company did a pretty good animation video for a group company of ours: http://www.prodo.com/our-work/nclt.aspx

But this sort of thing is never cheap. If you have the skills in-house I usually find it faster to get something built rather than outsource, but it depends on your project.
