Website with Java?

Hey guys
Running FF Beta3.5

I have a website with uses Java, the box comes up saying i need it I click next and the box just disapears?

Well using IE the same box appeared and Java installed on IE fine.

But not FF, anyone seen this issue, and know how to fix it?

The plugin finder rarely works properly IME - you need the installer from here.
