WEC 2024

Not sure how popular it is on here, but quick reminder the first round of the WEC 2024 is starting tomorrow, with race on Saturday.
Qualifying is 12:50pm on Eurosport 2 on Friday.
First part of the race from 7:30am Saturday.
Looks like some great cars this year with the new regulations and changes.

Peugeot in the top 10 for the start
Like the fact they went down a different route last year, even if ultimately, it wasn’t quite as fast. Sadly more ‘normal’ car coming soon.
Only one Toyota in top 10 though. Still not sure what happened to the other one that made it so slow - relatively!

The Aston LMGT3 sound nice too!

Was all excited for Peugeot after that finish until it fell apart (the result, not the car!)
I think BOP makes sense in general but I dislike how it’s fiddled with right up to the race in some cases. It would be better to see something like the ‘success ballast’ the BTCC use I think.
