Oh wow, from the onboard of the other car, he'd actually cleared it on the right and then jinked right a bit more for no reason and nudged the BMW.

Didn't catch that but if that's what he actually said then that's a black flag offence in my book. Any driver using their car as a weapon to exact 'revenge' should be removed immediately.

I paraphrased, but that's essentially his excuse. He felt slighted by an action the BMW made in the pits so moved over to force them to stay behind him, and they just kept their foot in it - as they were more than entitled to do as they had space.

ISTR, a great many years ago, an LMP1 hitting a fox on the Mulsanne straight at over 200mph and virtually destroying the car. (and the fox obviously)

Mark Webbers description of him years ago was just given even more evidence again by his defence there. Interested to see what measly penalty they’re given for ending the 15’s race.
