Wedding got published/featured this morning.

Very good, I especially like the street shot which seem to have captured Oxford very well. You've taken what was unusual about the wedding and made it shine through in the photos.

Thanks everyone :)
Someone just posted in the comments that they remember the wedding and were actually walking down the high street behind us lol.

Great photos, love the theme to the look throughout.

Also like the way you have the blurred motion of the passersby/buses to catch the buildings almost uncluttered, the eye doesn't really see the people. Never seen that before, but works really well. Always difficult to get an uncluttered view of a building, that technique is great!

Nice work :). And no better blog to get featured on, especially for your style.

Yeh I was glad RMW accepted it, as that was the blog the bride actually used for inspiration. Need to decide where I submit my next wedding.. Maybe love my dress or something.

Cheers munge. It was quite difficult holding the camera still, if i do another city wedding, i'll definately look at getting a wide lens with VR.

As before, really nice and the style is unique as well, easy to spot your work :)

Well done, you must be incredibly proud.

Hi Mate, thanks very much, I definitely feel I reached a milestone that I've been working towards.

Lovely photo's. id love to be able to take photo's that nice in time.

Just wanted to pick up on this point. I used to feel like this all the time when looking at others work, and I still do allot of the time. I've learnt to just accept that your never going to be completely satisfied with your work, because as you practice and your skill level grows, so does your expectations of yourself. Tbh though, I think that's actually a blessing in disguise. ;)

Ditto this.

I'm so critical of my own work I often found myself thinking I'm not as good as others. However, I've stopped comparing my work to that of other photographers and now just make sure I'm happy with the end result.
