This may sound stupid but i started ripping through my Final Fantasy Soundtracks and theres a fair few think would be good to have quietly in the background, mainly orchestrated version or piano version but none the less they would sound good

sitting down whilst in the chapel bit?

get what my sister did, get an orchestra band and then get them to play metalica and a few other songs was superb.

The Apocalyptica covers of Metallica songs are good but a bit cheesy now.

Otherwise, check out the "String Quartet Tribute" series, as they're a bit less well known. Depending upon your age, you could go for the Cure tribute, or if you're too young to know who they were, there's a tribute to Coldplay. Both of these should raise a smile or two ;)

I have a few myself but thought they may be a bit intense sounding for a church... well the few i have anyway
