Bit of a moan.. just what is up with CityLink? They "misrouted" 2 of the 3 boxes I was expecting, got one Monday but was promised the other 2 today. Called up and they are in Maidstone they think. No guarantee that I'll get them tomorrow - the guy was a bit cagey about making any promises!!!

My girlfriend has taken 2 days off so far to stay in for me and sign so what I'm really getting at, is can I make any claim against them seeing as it's supposed to be a "Next Day Mon-Fri" delivery?

Sorry for the whinge, obviously not OcUK's fault but I'm dying from the pain of waiting... Having to use my Ultra10 for all my web browsing but obviously Solaris 10 doesn't play games

Well I'll see if I get the delivery tomorrow.. but seeing as it has to go from one depot to another, then has to be loaded up and delivered to me I have my doubts. Just really annoyed at being promised the rest today and being let down.

As for head office - did you manage to get any partial refund on delivery costs? I think it's fair if they've breached the delivery "contract"
