A colour laser printer has run out of all 3 colour toners. It is cheaper to buy a brand new colour laser than to replace the toners (plus we get a new printer/warranty for 'free').
Is the old manufacturer responsible for picking up and disposing of the old printer ?
If so, it may well bring down the price of toner if more people start to do this !
