Weeeeeeeeee.... Ooops!

What a pecker :o

In true OcUK style - it gives me great pleasure to declare open season on the following subjects: -

Speed traps
Speeding doesn't kill
The word "borrowed"
911 Turbo's
The amount of experience required to drive RWD

GO GO GO

Back this up with Bread and I'm all ears. :p
Rumour has it he was trying to catch a GT3 at the time. His last words were "well it cost a lot more it must be faster" followed by "did you see a van on that bridge"

wahoo!

erm... damn speed traps, see he may have been speeding, but it obiously didn't kill anyone. Proberbly cause it was 4wd - his obious lack of experiance in a RWD car would proberbly have killed whole nuserys of small children (think about them damn it). Anyhows, the 911 turbos just a poor man's 306D (screw modded obiously)

and breath....

(oh and if was a gasto he woulda got away with it :D)

I suspect his timing might mean he gets a big fine and some driving time off rather than prison..

Erm... I feel i have already spoken :p

I feel quite sorry for the guy as it goes. A guy caught at 156 in his M3 served five months in prison, so this person might suffer similar. Six months seems like a long time for just a minute's excitment :(

Oh come on, I'm not one of the "it's the law" brigade and being fined for 68 in a 60 is a tad unfair. However, 172 in a 60 is taking the michael a bit :D

Nah - it's not too terrible. Worse goes on, and this guy was just unlucky to get caught. I'd feel incredibly gutted if I were him!

IIRC there was more to it than just the 156mph in the M3 case, he was already banned or something.

 I've been down that road a few times, imagine seeing a car go past you in the other direction at that speed :o

172 on a motorway i can 'kinda' undertstand, but on a country road  he must have a death wish.
