Going away in June.. for few days to skeggy ;):D

month later thinking of going to a european destination, anyone got any ideas.

I was thinking of Prague? Whats Prague like.

How about two different destinations? Start in Munich and drive up to Prague, firstly you get the hills and forests around Munich (or a quick drive to the Black Forest) for the scenery and once you get into Prague you'll have all the Bohemian architecture.

Not to mention the fact that both locations are famous for their beers. :D

Prague is a really nice city, nice place for a long weekend ,i wouldnt go for much longer than that though

Is there many places of interest?

If you go to Prague and only visit one place that place absolutely has to be this little tiny chapel called "The Ossuary". It's not in Prague itself but it's in a small town beside Kutna Hora called Sedlec, about 30 minutes from Prague.

From the outside it looks like any little chapel, but the inside is decorated with thousands of human bones. They have a chandelier made from bones that contains every bone in the human body, candelabras made from bones, and huge piles of skulls just lying around. Really cool.

If that's your kind of thing.

Unless you want to put up with a load of British geezers on the sauce, try and avoid going to Prague over the weekends.
However, it you don't mind that then you should enjoy.

Myself and 2 friends went to Prague 2 years ago. Had a great time, loads to see and do ;)
This year, we are thinking of going to Hamburg or Berlin. I have to get a green card off the bride though as I have already been to:- Israel and Barcalona this year with Estonia and Moscow coming later on in the year.

Barca is another good place to go, but watch for pickpockets. They are rife down Las Ramblas way.
If you do go, try and get a visit to the Camp Nou in.

How about Tallin? Few people I know have been and say that it is a great place to visit. Cheap as chips as well, apparently.

Heh in june im having a week at the lake district walking then 1 days rest then straight to Zante then after that a weekend camping in devon lol
