The Coca-Cola Football League Championship
Newcastle v Leicester, 19:45
Peterborough v Crystal Palace, 17:15

Stone wall penalty for Arsenal and Manchester United. Wonder why the red didn't give the first pen, lol @ Eboue and couldn't understand the header.

Wanger at the end was fantastic, didn't see the sense in sending him off with such little time left, but good lols.

Milan game was good, Inter started slowly but were much the better side.
Bad management not taking Gattuso off straight away.

If it wasn't for Man U fans, I might actually like Man U.

I'm sure they love you ? :p

Liverpool look a bit shaken, Bolton put two past them, but good win for Liverpool. Torres looks good again, good thing for Liverpool :)

Lucas lol
thought he went down way to easy for that decision, and looked to be telling the ref to send him off.

Seriously though, it's just one of those things I think. You cant stop players being passionate about the game and so they're going to complain when they feel they've been hard done by, particularly if there's an advantage to be had.

I just don't like players asking for other players to be booked.
I think it's wrong, my opinion, don't like to see players do it.

Home League Penalties Conceded since 04/05 Season :-

Manchester United 5
Arsenal 4
Chelsea 3
Liverpool 2

Home League Penalties awarded since 03/04 Season :-

Arsenal 30
Liverpool 17
Chelsea 15
Manchester United 15

*doesn't include this season*

Arsenal, should have had a penalty, I have no idea why it wasn't given. Seeing out of the top 4, Manchester United have conceded the most penalties at home ;)

Arsenal, did score within a minute of the decision, in the same attack. Would they of still scored that goal if the pen was given ? or would they even of scored the pen ? who knows.

United, were given a penalty in the second half, Foster saved a great change from Arsenal and then Berbatov missed a golden opportunity, then Arsenal scored a bizarre own goal.

Generally, I think they've been very impressive up to now. Tbh there's a lot worse teams than them, they could easily finish top half.

erm, I'm not sure.

Leicester have looked fairly average (from friends who are season ticket holders) but have been picking up points.

I think that, most of the teams are at about the same level, some a bit higher and some probably a bit lower.

Leicester get a good run of wins, they can be in the play offs, same can be said for a lot of clubs :)

reposted earlier in the thread I believe.

I agree, horrible tackle, unfortunately I don't think those kind of lunges are as rare as you'd believe, just that break is rare, and awful.

I was trying to read up on his, heard a few reports saying his career is over, does anyone else know anything ?
