I'm interested in getting a copy but when I order it from Jersey, it shows shipping cost on confirmation page (2nd class mail £1.90) when I try collect from shop it adds the VAT.

Is there any way for me to get this at the £16.66 ex VAT without the postage?

im not 100% sure how it works with the VAT, will ask our web team when they are here.
 
Just dont ask for next day delivery on anything because the past 3 orders I've placed (in adjacent weeks) didn't turn up!

This is the standard game and to the best of my knowledge comes without dlc.

However, you should get the high res pack for it from steam for free!
