:D :D :D

I was about a second away from clicking the 'confirm' button to buy train tickets to london for this but bottled it after thinking about my bank balance :( Just like last week i'm very jealous, git! Try to make sure your mate doesn't drink too much this time!!

EDIT\\ If/when i move back to cambridge from uni this summer i'll probably make the trip down to london quite a few times since it'll be CHEAP :D

Bennasi wasnt my style and halliwell was a big dissapointment to me, hardly any deck wizzardry and I thought his tunes were pretty dull tbh. Surprise of the night was the judge who absolutely tore the roof off the place :D

Nice lineup! If I was going I'd make sure I get to see:
Halliwell, Sheridan, Jon O Bir, Kyau + Albert

Be warned, Halliwell goes completely insane with the sampler and mixing :D He can drag out mixes between two good songs for literally 5 or 10 minutes!

EDIT:

That sounds like a plan. Totally forgot that was on. Which way round was White anc Black?

White is on the 1st of july in Amsterdam arena (well theres a few on this yr but only amsterdam has Ferry Corsten headlining).

But white is more trancey, and black is hard house and gets pretty hard. IU would prefer black I think, but for my first one we all decided to goto white and saying how its sold out its going to be a beast!

The judge plays to the occasion, I saw him a yr or 2 ago at Magna (Tidy event) and tbh he was flawless, his choice of tunes and mixing were both spot on. I think if you get to see him at a good even he blows the roof.

I heard a mix he did at trance energy this year and it was awesome.

I got to see the best of Judge Jules at Crasher last month, really driving/hard/energetic trance - just the way it should be. I've also saw the worst of him last year, he just seemed bored and uninspired behind the decks which reflected in the music he played.

yea the judge can be hit and miss - I think I read somewhere turnmills is one of his fav places to play so he certainly put on a good show. I think halliwell has been showing him a thing or two cos his technical skills have improved loadssssss since I saw him at global last summer - he was making breakdowns last a good 5 minutes and stuff :D Gone are his days of dodgy acapellas thank god!

KaHn - Have you heard the Sensation Anthem 2006? I think it's by Fred Baker, it's a pretty decent track, very trancy and uplifting.
