weight bench for home

looking at this http://www.powerhouse-fitness.co.uk/bodymax-olympic-weight-bench-with-spotter-catchers.php know nothing about the make, or the shop really, just seemed a good deal with the free delivery as well!

I have about 80kg of Iron weights, and dumbells at the moment, just need a bench and a bar really.

Used to train at the gym, but since buying my house, sorting the "man room" out needs doing, before my muscles completely wasted to nothing!

I'm normally of the buy cheap buy twice persuasion, but with a wedding to pay for it needs to be a cheap as possible really, but obviously good enough t do the job.

better off getting a rack and bench seperate so you can squat in it.

Sold it a few months back as I didn’t use it, my gym now has 4 bench systems it only had the one so I bought this for home use!

I'm now thinking a smaller folding one might be better, would be nice to be able to put it to one side, although its not a requirement as the room is not used for much else... The squat rack appeals, but would this not be bulky and expensive.

That does look good!

My mate has an old bench with a little rack he is going to lend me, so that will do for now, just need to get a bar now, as his is a bit weedy :-)
