Moving to a new room, and its large but i want to fit in a compact bench.
Its not massive enough to fit in the whole weight combo or multigym.

I am looking at this,

Its 49 pound which is a reasonable price as far as i have seen, with free postage considering the weight.

However is this good? And can anyone recommend anything better for £50 or less, maybe one that folds down to sotre under bed, or attachs to a wall!
IM coupling this with 2 25kg dumbells, and a 50kg bar bell.

Thanks

To be honest I'd get a proper weights bench, because unless someone is spotting you with the barbell I don't see how it's possible to bench press (heavy) alone on that bench. You can just get a basic bench without the flyes and leg extension as well seeing as you're a bit pushed for space. A few benches can even be folded. I'll try and find you an example. :)

I never even thought of doing something like that, but thanks for posting that link because I'm after a squat rack as well. :)

What exactly is the difference in incline/decline other than the angle of your body? /silly question :p

Well I assume they do different parts of the muscle, but I can't be sure.
