weight for 6foot3

I'm 6ft 3 and 18st and i'm rather chubby with a bit of a belly :D

My ideal weight (personally) is about 15st, that was when I was doing lots of biking, swimming, and weight training...

Then I went to uni and it all changed to doing lots of beers, burgers, chips, and takeout :o
 
You know what he means though, muscle is denser than fat so for a given size (say 1cm cubed) it would weigh more. :p

16 stone is quite possible for that height and might even be mostly muscle but you can't evaluate that without seeing it really.

I hovered around 16st it's quite a decent weight if you've got low bodyfat - however you do start to look rather "big", I'll probably end up touching that weight again come October/November.

It's funny though even though 6'3" is only a couple of inches taller than me to have the same "thickness" and broad look you have to be quite a bit more substantial in muscle development.
